Neosho R-5 Charitable Foundation
Grant Request Form
1) The Neosho R-5 Charitable Foundation is established exclusively for the charitable, scientific, literary and educational betterment of the Neosho R5 School District and its students, faculty and administration.
2) Foundation Grants are set aside for students, teachers, and/or administrators that request funds for expenses not regularly funded by the organization. All persons requesting funding must be contributing members of the Neosho R-5 Charitable Foundation.
3) The Neosho R-5 Charitable Foundation will prioritize funds according to the following qualifications.
a. Programs that impact the largest number of students.
b. Programs that are cooperative in nature with other organizations.
c. Programs that are matched by other agencies.
d. Programs that are related to the Neosho Charitable Foundation’s yearly goal.
4) The Foundation Board will accept grant requests two times a year.
5) The submission deadline for a Foundation Grant shall be September 1st and January 6th. Other contributions will be considered through approval of the Superintendent of Schools.
6) The application must be accompanied by a one page narrative describing the reason for the request.
